2024 Vermilion Festival of the Fish Miss Vermilion Queen

Will you be 16-18 years old by June 14th, 2024? Do you live in the 44089 Zip code and/or attend Vermilion Schools? If both answers are yes, you qualify for the Miss Vermilion Queens Pageant to be held at the Vermilion Festival of the Fish on Friday, June 14th!

You have the unique ability to WIN SCHOLARSHIPS, a crown, sash, and trophy, and the opportunity to represent the city of Vermilion at festivals and events around Ohio!

To register, please fill out this form and return it to the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce by Friday, May 31st. If the chamber is not open, please put your form in the mailbox.

All contestants must find a Vermilion business sponsor for the pageant. The sponsor fee is $50 and is due in the form of a check(made out to the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce), or cash at the parent/ contestant meeting that will be held in the basement of Ritter Public Library.

A sample sponsor letter is provided at the end of this application. It is just an example. You do not have to use this format. If you have trouble finding a business sponsor, please contact Carolyn Blackmon, who is very happy to help!

Two rehearsals will be held. One after the parent/contestant meeting, and one the day before the pageant on Thursday, June 13th

Once your application has been submitted a date and time will be emailed to you for your meeting.
