Join Maria Santoferraro for a Full Moon Yoga class on June 24. We'll start class overlooking the lake to see a gorgeous Lake Erie Sunset and then turn to face the moon as it rises and shines its healing light as we do moon salutations and even a few howls at the moon. Class is open to everyone and all levels of yoga and will include breathwork and meditation. Donation-based class. Dress in layers in case it cools down and bring your own yoga mat and/or towel or sheet to put under it. When you arrive at Sherod Park - take the first right and proceed to the parking lot area. We practice on the field on the right side of the park overlooking the lake.
