Head Team lead can average 50k- 70k

Salary: $17- $19.00 per hour(Based on experience and knowledge) 

Seeking a reliable, conscientious, & hardworking team member(s). Learn the trade & work at job sites alongside experienced crew leaders. This job can be physically demanding; however, every project is unique & the work is interesting.

Can average 22k- 35k 

Regular Roles & Responsibilities:

-Rake, sweep and blow with walk behind blower

-Load, transport, unload materials, tools, equipment & supplies.

-Clean work area & restock supplies & materials as necessary.

-Perform other routine duties as directed by Team Leader.

-Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

-One-year previous experience in asphalt work is a plus “ willing to learn more important “

-This job is a good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more.

-Hourly wage is above average in our market.
